CEO - COO - Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operation Officer

Privatal is currently working with a private equity fund in the search for an experienced CEO and/or COO for a permanent position. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated experience in the following: - Experience in a decentralised organisation, in example multiside healthcare, retail, outpatient, facility management, agencies, IT Services, or similar industries with many subsidaries. - Experience in implementing group processes for efficiency, streamline processes and tasks, drive organisational changes and further business development. - Experience with restructuring plans, executing restructuring plans, and further operational excellence and realisation of synergies. - Exit readiness and private equity experience is seen as an advantage. - The role require travelling to the sites and subsdiaries, discussing with local management, and acting as the point of contact for all external stakeholders. - Experience as CEO and/or COO is seen as a must.
