Business Innovation Consultant and Design Thinking Coach

In the past +5 years, I worked as a Strategy Management Consultant for IBM, helping large companies in Europe to create new “innovative” products and services, test them quickly on the market and launch them as Start-Ups. In one of the projects I worked for the GiZ initiative “Make IT in Africa”, in which I coached 36 social business Start-Ups in the west African region to develop sustainable business models (more info) Being passionate about Entrepreneurship but demotivated to work for large capitalistic enterprises, I want to take my experiences and skills to support local Social Entrepreneurship/Business projects. I would like to work with great human beings, who have the motivation to develop a product or service to create better infrastructure and well-being for them and the people around them. I want to get insights into what the work and processes in social businesses, in reality, look like and also jump on projects, preferably in Eastern Europe / Africa. What do I bring to the table? I have experience in business strategy and start-up development - From rapid product, business model, and strategy conception, to market testing, operating model set-up and launch activities.  Besides, I am a certified Design Thinking & Agile coach and experienced in project management and team lead roles. Last and most importantly, I bring energy, passion, and positive vibes to the table :)
