I worked and lived in Germany, South Africa, Brazil, Singapore, United States and Switzerland, and managed large cross-border teams and complex projects in scores of countries in North- and South America, Europe and Asia. My background encompasses 30+ years of international Automotive experience and functional expertise in Digital Advisory, Strategy & Innovation, Business development, Customer Experience, Management consulting, IT- and Project management. I held various executive positions with several employers in different countries, including Senior Director Automotive Industry Solutions at Oracle across EMEA, Senior Director Manufacturing & Distribution Industries for Hewlett-Packard’s Services Division in EMEA, Managing Director Latin America for EDS’ Global Manufacturing & Retail Industry, CIO of Tritec Motors Ltda. (BMW/Chrysler JV) and several Finance- and Project management positions at BMW HQ in Munich. As independent consultant, I have been contracted by A.T. Kearney, IBM, Cap Gemini and Hewlett-Packard to provide business advisory, executive coaching and thought leadership for strategically important corporate initiatives with their global Automotive Accounts.
