As experienced management consultant I support my clients in the development and implementation of their digital vision and digital strategy as well as strategic IT management. In doing so, I help to disrupt the way businesses operate today by applying digital innovations and establishing a digital value chain and growing the business. In order to set up a new business operating model including governance, organization, processes and technology that meets the requirements of the future business model. I utilize techniques from business engineering, enterprise architecture management and business process management. I support my clients in scoping and executing their business transformation, IT transformation and digital transformation. I gained my management consulting experience in multiple roles reaching from project management and project communication via concept development to hands-on engagement to help my clients to make things happen. I offer cross industry understanding discrete manufacturing, aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical and banking. My international experience comes from living and working in Luxemburg, Germany, Switzerland and the US as well as working in international teams and multi-cultural teams. I am business-centric but technology driven, an analytical thinker with a quick mental grasp. I take personal responsibility, communicate clearly and make things happen. I am fluent in German and English and bring basic knowledge in French.
