A. is a highly-accomplished Entrepreneur and Senior Executive with more than 25 years of global success spanning software, banking, insurance, retail, hi-tech, and oil & gas. Leveraging extensive growth experience, A. is an invaluable asset for a company seeking international expansion, or an organization experiencing stagnant or declining revenue and needs expert guidance with developing new service lines, go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and strategic planning and execution. Currently, A. serves as the Founder and CEO of (…), a company he started in 2017 to provide IT strategy services to architect a company’s digital business strategies, rescue IT implementation projects, and optimize an IT organization’s processes and budgets. Before starting his company, A. served with SAP in a series of roles with increasing responsibility. He started in 1996 as a Support Engineer in Germany and was quickly promoted to Support Manager, where he developed and delivered new service concepts and oversaw the Remote Service Delivery organization with its first delivery center in Ireland. In 2000, A. relocated to the US to serve as SAP America’s Support VP, where he founded and led the Global Support Organization in the Americas including Canada, North America, and Latin America. He also founded and led the End-to-End Solution Support as well as the Global Partner Support organization. During this time, he had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s leading organizations including Apple, IBM, Adobe, HP, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Coca-Cola, and Nestlé. Between 2012 and 2017, A. served as the SVP of SAP America, and during his tenure, he managed profitable delivery of SAP MaxAttention services, developed more than 50 Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps as well as new services, business models, and delivery methodologies, and he led numerous innovation projects using the Design Thinking methodology.
