Ralf Gerbershagen (born in 1962) was appointed CEO of Kodak Alaris from 2014 to 2016. A company that is passionate about using technology to transform organizations. Kodak Alaris as a global business is active in 35 countries with revenue of about 1,2$Bn and approx. 4700 employees. Kodak Alaris provides digital scanners and intelligent state of the art software & service solutions as well as photographic film & paper. The largest instant print network through picture kiosks in retail, as well as a suite of consumer apps that help people capture and connect with the emotional moments that define all our lives. The financial and cultural transformation over the last 2 years developed Kodak Alaris from Chapter11 into a financially strong and future facing position. Prior to this appointment Ralf held the position as VP & GM EMEA Motorola Mobility (a Google owned Company) as well as a number of management roles including President of Motorola Germany GmbH, President Motorola Austria & Switzerland, General Manager of the European Paging Subscriber Division (EMEA) and General Manager for the Consumer Business Group (Wearables, e-commerce, Call Center management). Educated in General Electronics & Computer Science at the University of Bingen, Ralf Gerbershagen started his professional career with Siemens in Munich where he held global responsibility for the Power Capacitors business. As Export Sales Manager at EPCOS, he was in charge of the Passive Components & Electron Tubes business for various regions, and moved to Motorola in 1995. Ralf Gerbershagen is a member of the BITKOM Board of Directors, he also served at the CeBit Advisory Board and the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany. In October 2016 Ralf Gerbershagen became a member of the Clearwater International, Senior Adviser team. A globally active corporate finance house focusing on mid-market transactions. He serves as a mentor at the Axel Springer Plug&Play Accelerator in Berlin, to support startup`s on its way to become the next unicorn and founded his own business.
