I am an experienced Executive Manager holding a master degree in electrical engineering. I gained my entrepreneurial/business experience working at start-ups, mid-size and big-sized companies in Germany, USA, Canada and Austria. As a C-Level manager I can define and implement comprehensive/long-range company strategies including building and running the respective WW organizations. I have more more than 18 years startup experience and I am intimately familiar with the various economical, technical, operational and market challenges a company faces during the various stages of its lifecycle - from inception, product development, market introduction and volume production ramp-up. I founded myLike, a successful Internet Start-up, and Gate2Europe – a market and product consulting company. I worked as CSO, CMO at Odersun (Building Integrate Photovoltaic produser) with more than 400 employees. I brought CoreOptics (optical telecommunication products) its revenue and strategic projects leading to the acquisition by Cisco. I was part of the executive management team at Newlogic (BT and WLAN technology, semiconductor design service) that was acquired by Wipro. I was one of the first team members at Mulitlink (components for optical communication) which had a successful 1.8 Billion IPO.
